What order should you learn Japanese grammar in?
Follow the JLPT ladder — N5, then N4, then N3, N2 and N1 — because it is ordered by frequency and each level genuinely depends on the one below it. The two places it misleads are plain form, which N5 postpones and N4 then demands all at once, and keigo, which the ladder places late even though you will meet it in your first week in a shop.

Learn plain form earlier than the ladder suggests
N5 is taught almost entirely in polite form, which is pedagogically convenient and creates a cliff. Every N4 pattern of consequence — conditionals, quotation, relative clauses, ～たことがある — attaches to plain form, so a learner arriving at N4 without it meets a conjugation system and half a level's grammar simultaneously. Learning the plain conjugations while still working through N5 costs a week and removes the sharpest jump in the sequence.
Keigo does not fit the ladder at all
Honorific and humble language is placed at N3 and above, which reflects its grammatical complexity and not its frequency. Anyone in Japan meets いらっしゃいませ and お願いします immediately. The practical resolution is to learn the common set phrases as vocabulary from the beginning and leave the productive system until the ladder reaches it — recognising keigo and constructing it are separate skills with very different timelines.
Within a level, order barely matters
Sequencing anxiety at the level of individual patterns is misplaced. Within N4 there is no dependency chain worth planning around, and the patterns that stick are the ones you happen to meet most often in what you read. Choose material slightly above your level and let the frequency decide; that produces a better order than any curriculum, because it is your material's actual distribution.
