What it explains
に and へ for where you are going
えきに いきます — going to the station. へ works here too and is a little more about the direction than the arrival, but with いきます, きます and かえります the two are close to interchangeable. Note that へ is written with the hiragana for he and pronounced e in this job, the same trick は plays.
で for how you travel
じてんしゃで いきます — by bike. It looks like the で you learned for where an action happens, and it is the same particle: the means by which something is done. Context separates them, since a bicycle is not a place and a supermarket is not a vehicle. あるいて いきます, on foot, is the exception that does not take で.
から and まで for places
You met these for times in Foundations. こうえんから えきまで is exactly the same idea applied to a route: from the park as far as the station. One particle pair, two kinds of range.
