What it explains
いくらですか
The whole question, used as a unit: これは いくらですか. You will hear the answer faster than you can parse it, which is normal — the number and 円 at the end are the parts to catch.
X を ください
The standard way to ask for something across a counter. Treat it as a fixed frame for now: put the thing in front of を and say ください. The particle を has a wider job that arrives in a couple of lessons.
ひとつ, ふたつ
Japanese counts different kinds of thing with different words. ひとつ and ふたつ are the general set and will carry you through most of a café. They are not the same as いち and に, which are the numbers themselves.
