What it explains
Check the number against the list, not against memory
Maya reads the order line aloud before buying anything. It takes four seconds and it is the reason she has never come back with the wrong quantity. The language for it is already yours: 何枚ですか, 50枚ですね.
Reporting back is past tense
かいました for what you bought, みつけました for what you found, ありませんでした for what the shop did not have. A supply report is almost entirely these three, which is why this checkpoint can be built out of grammar you already have.
The scene itself is in the app.
Lesson one of this track is free to read in full. From lesson two on, the story, the audio and the review are part of a free account.
