What it explains
ます and ません
The polite present. つくります is makes or will make — Japanese does not separate the two, so context decides. The negative swaps ます for ません: します becomes しません. There is no extra word for don't.
を marks what the action is done to
コーヒーを つくります: the coffee is what gets made. You met を in ください last time as part of a fixed phrase; this is the same particle doing its general job. It is written with a character used for nothing else.
で marks where an action happens
こもれびで しごとを します — the work happens at Komorebi. Keep で apart from に, which you met for times: で is where something is done, に is where something is.
