What it explains
Asking for a repeat is a skill, not a failure
もういちど おねがいします gets you the sentence again. すみません in front softens it. Learners who use these early understand far more than learners who nod and hope, because the second group never gets the second chance at the sentence.
よろしくおねがいします
There is no English equivalent, which is why it is worth learning as a whole. It closes an agreement to work together and signals goodwill about what comes next. You will hear it at the end of introductions, at the start of projects, and in the last line of a great many emails.
